已经是 《随记》 中的第一篇记录 较早一篇 June      2012-11-13 14:58 要点： 专注力    我的一个几乎过目不忘的朋友在MIT读博第二年时对我说，他曾经以为自己很优秀，后来才发现自己离优秀很远，除了少数爆发时间，他几乎不能够全神贯注做事超过5个小时，而身边那些真正优秀的人，可以全神贯注一整天，日复一日，年复一年，他曾经试图改变，最终发现那样的素质不是人人都有的，人性深处植根着懒惰懈怠，猛然发力一小段时间容易，持之以恒难，过段时间甚至记不起是何时停下
